ATEC sponsored ITO information

ATEC inbound tour operator SPONSORED registration 
Standard registration fee of $770.

It is compulsory for sponsored ITO delegates to participate in every event including:

• Workshop sessions on Wednesday 30 April
• Evening social functions
• Sensational Seven presentations on Friday 2 May
• Sponsored ITOs must attend a pre or post familiarisation of the Newcastle/Hunter region

Sponsored delegates MUST be a senior product decision-maker to attend the workshops and a pre- or post familiarisation tour.

All applications to register as a sponsored ITO for Symposium 2008 will be confirmed within 48 hours of registration.

Standard - $770

Fee includes: 
        - Return flights from your home port to Newcastle (or Countrylink party train for NSW based
          operators)
        - Pre or post familirisation tour/s
        - Four nights accommodation during Symposium, April 29 - 2 May 2008
        - 50 business appointments with ATEC product suppliers 
        - Ability to match your appointment preferences through computer scheduling
        - Attendance at all plenary and business sessions at Symposium
        - Attendance at the ATEC welcome function (Wednesday 30 April)
        - Attendance at the Destination Showcase function (Thursday 1 May)
        - Morning or afternoon tea on Wednesday, morning/afternoon teas plus lunch on Wednesday, Thursday
          and Friday
        - Friday evening ATEC Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner
        - Coach transfers from sponsor hotels
        - 10% GST component


ATEC inbound tour operator SHARE WORKSHOP registration
A share delegate is permitted to attend workshops, if they join with a full fee-paying workshop delegate. 'Share' delegates do not receive their own appointment schedule. ITO 'share' delegates do not qualify for sponsored ITO delegate benefits.
