ATEC supplier workshop information


1) ATEC supplier WORKSHOP registration  
Workshop registrations close Friday 25 January 2008 unless filled prior.

COST
Standard - $1725

Fee includes: 
        - Attendance at one (AM or PM) ITO/supplier workshop session (Wednesday 30 April)
        - Ability to match your appointment preferences through computer scheduling
        - Attendance at all plenary and business sessions at Symposium
        - Attendance at the ATEC welcome function
        - Attendance at the Destination Showcase function
        - Morning or afternoon tea on Wednesday, morning/afternoon teas plus lunch on Wednesday, Thursday
          and Friday
        - Friday evening ATEC Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner
        - Coach transfers from sponsor hotels
        - Return Countrylink party train ex Sydney offer (click here for full details)
        - 10% GST component

2) ATEC supplier SHARE WORKSHOP registration
A share delegate is permitted to attend workshops, if they join with a full fee-paying delegate from the same company. 'Share' delegates do not receive their own appointment schedule.

        - Attendance at one (AM or PM) ITO/supplier workshop session (Wednesday 30 April) with a full fee-
          paying workshop colleague
        - Ability to match your appointment preferences through computer scheduling
        - Attendance at all plenary and business sessions at Symposium
        - Attendance at the ATEC welcome function (Wednesday)
        - Attendance at the Destination Showcase function (Thursday)
        - Morning or afternoon tea on Wednesday, morning/afternoon teas plus lunch on Wednesday, Thursday
          and Friday
        - Friday evening ATEC Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner

3) ATEC supplier SENSATIONAL SEVEN presentations
All supplier delegates are able to register for the sensational seven presentations as an additional registration for the event. This is the ideal way for supplier members to deliver their message to a large group of inbound operators in one place.

$660

Fee includes: 
         - Seven minute presentation opportunity to 130 inbound tour operators in one room, one powerful
           delivery
         - Please note: You still must purchase a full registration (workshop or non-workshop). This is an
           additional charge. Please refer to FAQs
         - Using the audio visual resources of Newcastle Concet hall, combined with your creative talent, you can
           present for up to seven minutes from the stage. This concept is ideal for any supplier wishing to
           present a new product or update ALL inbound operators on latest developments, new facilities etc. 
         - Places are strictly limited to 12. This session is two hours in duration. 
         - 10% GST component
